To assess your property, prepare an offer and contact you about your enquiry. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

To keep records of enquiries and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your details to third parties and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, such as our hosting and database provider, our address-lookup provider and, if you proceed, the solicitors handling the sale. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes described here.

We may disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to six years so we can deal with questions or disputes about a transaction. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your rights
